Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups rice ada


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp urad dal


  • 3 nos green chillies(slitted)


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 nos onion(finely chopped)


  • 1 tsp salt some to taste


  • 1 nos tomato(finely chopped)


  • 1 nos small carrot(finely chopped)


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice ada till it turns golden brown colour.Transfer to plate.
  • Now heat pan with ghee in it, blast mustard seeds and add urad dal and fry them.
  • After this add green chillies and some curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onions and salt to taste.
  • While onion turns golden brownish, add tomato and carrot.
  • To the mix add the fried rice ada an mix well,Add water.
  • Cook in low flame until the water evaportes. Switch off the flame.Serve Hot
