Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice ada till it turns golden brown colour.Transfer to plate.
Now heat pan with ghee in it, blast mustard seeds and add urad dal and fry them.
After this add green chillies and some curry leaves.
Add chopped onions and salt to taste.
While onion turns golden brownish, add tomato and carrot.
To the mix add the fried rice ada an mix well,Add water.
Cook in low flame until the water evaportes. Switch off the flame.Serve Hot
